Where Has All the Money Gone?

Ever wondered where your tax money goes .. exactly where it goes?  Me, too.  I have decided to find out.  I will start small, the IRS may be kinder and gentler now, but they aren't very receptive to incessant questioning.  So, I decided to find out EXACTLY where my property taxes go from the moment they leave my banks escrow account until the last dime is spent.  Can it be done?  Does anyone actually KNOW where the money goes?  Well, we shall see.
